They begin to quarrel, or in an extreme case, they are forced to quit their jobs simply because they carelessly say something impolite. Of course, through conversation, they sometimes become on better terms and strengthen their trust, but there is always a possibility of hurting the partners as long as they are in some relationship with each other.
